Douglas is responsible for investment origination, due diligence, transaction execution, portfolio management and corporate partnerships.

 

Douglas has over 12 years' experience in funds management. He has served as a director of a number of investee companies and has extensive experience across the infrastructure and commercial real estate sectors.

Prior to joining Labassa Capital, Douglas held investment roles with Palisade Investment Partners and the Investment Banking Division of Deutsche Bank, where he was involved in the evaluation, execution and management of a broad range of investment opportunities and transactions. 

​

Douglas holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Finance from the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of New South Wales. He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
